When you book a call, sign up, or apply to list an outlet, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number if you provide one, company or publication, and your message. If you record a voice message, we store the audio and a transcript so we can answer you.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics and advertising tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel) that set cookies and record pages viewed, referring URLs, device and browser type, and approximate location. When you arrive from an ad, we keep the click identifiers so we can measure the campaign.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, to operate and improve the website, to measure advertising, and to contact you about FortLoop. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with the service providers that run our forms, analytics, advertising measurement, hosting and customer relationship tools, and only so they can provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep form submissions and voice messages for as long as we have a business relationship with you or need them to answer you, and analytics data for as long as the providers retain it under their own policies.
